Basic Baking Tools

The most basic components of a baker’s kitchen are these basic tools listed below.




  • ·         Mixers.  Others prefer to do hand mixing but an electric mixers or a stand mixer can get the jobs done. Mixers have different types and functions. Dough and a kneading mixer used as a heavy-duty mixer, usually seen on bakeries and bread factories. 


 
  • ·         Pans. The number 1 basic thing to have in baking. There are varieties of pans like, muffin pans, bread pans, cookie sheets, jelly roll pans and especially the cake pans. 


 
  • ·         Measuring Equipment. These are very essential in baking. Measuring tools such as measuring spoons and measuring cups used for getting the exact measurement of an ingredient.
  
  • ·         Oven. This tool is use to bake pastries, cookies, cakes and more.
