Chocolate Fudge Bars


Ingredients:
 ¾ cup butter
120 grams unsweetened baking chocolate
2 cups granulated white sugar
3 extra-large eggs
½ cup fresh milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 ½ cup sifted all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon sifted baking powder
½ teaspoon fine salt
 Procedure:
 1.       Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line the bottom of a 7x11 inches rectangular baking pan with wax paper, set aside.
2.       Combine the butter and the chocolate together in a thick saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring continuously with a wooden spoon until the chocolate and the butter has melted completely. Set aside for 10 minutes to cool down.
3.       After 10 minutes, add the sugar and beat until well blended. Add the eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Pour the in the milk and the vanilla. Beat until blended. Lastly, pour in the remaining ingredients and mix only until combined.
4.       Put the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
5.       Allow it to cool in the pan for 5 min. and then unmold.
