Brownies with Walnuts

Things you need:
1 cup butter
120 grams of unsweetened baking
chocolate or cocoa
2 cups granulated white sugar
4 eggs
1 tablespoon light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup sifter all-purpose flour
1 tsp. sifted baking powder
½ tsp. fine salt
1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts
Procedure:
1.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line your
pan with wax paper and set aside.
2. In a saucepan, melt
the butter and the chocolate together in a low heat. Stir continuously with a
wooden spoon or a spatula. Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl and allow it
to cool down.
3. After it is cooled.
Add the sugar, the corn syrup and the vanilla extract to the melted
chocolate. Beat it with a wooden spoon until
well blended.
4. Add the eggs one at a
time and mix. Add the flour, baking powder and the salt. Mix well until all
combined.
5. Transfer your brownie
mixture into the pan. Place the chopped walnuts into the surface of the
brownie.
6. Place it on the oven
and baked for 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
7. Allow the brownie to
cool down and removed it on the pan. It is now ready to serve.
